Michael* ran a petition to get a 20% pay increase - through Organize he got thousands of other McDonald's workers to join his campaign and they made a huge amount of noise. And it worked!

Amazon workers get points if they mess up on shift. They didn't have enough time to get to the bathroom and back on their breaks without getting points. They used Organize to see how often it was happening and petition for longer breaks!
Driver Claudia wanted a new button on the Uber app. She ran a poll on Organize and found out her idea (request a woman driver) upset other Uber drivers. So she adapted her idea and made a petition asking Uber to make a 'request repeat driver' button!
But will my petition actually achieve anything?
Yes – workers from Uber, Amazon and McDonald's have all made themselves heard using Organize. And our staff team are ready to jump on a call or email to help you make your campaign a success.
Will I definitely be anonymous?
Yes, if you’d like to be. You only need to reveal your name if you choose to. You can run a petition, open letter, poll or question on Organize without anyone knowing it’s you. And when you’d like to share your campaign with your bosses, we can do it for you to protect your identity.

Are you a trade union?
No – we’re a tech startup that builds digital tools for workers to start and run their own campaigns and communicate with other workers. Trade unions use Organize tools, like petitions or polls, to help win their campaigns. We love working with trade unions, so get in touch if you’d like to work together.
Are you paid for by the companies themselves?
Absolutely not – we have one customer only, and that is workers like you! We aren’t an HR tool either. We are here to help ordinary people get the pay and conditions they deserve at work, by providing great campaigning technology and tools.
